1. Returns

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return a SIM card.
  • To be eligible for a return, your SIM card must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
  • Refunds will only be issued for the cost of the SIM card. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Exceptions

  • Activated SIM Cards: We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for SIM cards that have been activated, unless the issue is due to a defect on our part.
  • Data Usage: We cannot issue refunds for data that has been used, even if the SIM card is returned.
  • Airport Pickup No-Shows: If you fail to show up for your scheduled airport pickup, we cannot issue a refund for the pickup service.

4. Defective SIM Cards

  • If you receive a defective SIM card, please contact us immediately. We will either replace the SIM card or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
  • To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the defect.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel your order at any time before the SIM card is shipped. If you cancel your order before shipment, you will receive a full refund.
  • Once the SIM card has been shipped, our standard return policy applies.

6. How to Return an Item

  • Mail your returned item to the address we provide in the return authorization.
  • Include a copy of your purchase receipt and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
